Had an excellent holiday in Siena, Italy.
Flew in to Pisa, stayed in Siena as a base and had day trips out to Florence and Monteriggioni.
Saw a lot of great architecture and art, ate a lot of nice food, drank a lot of good wine.
A beautiful part of the world.
Whilst I was in Bristol for Bread & Roses I also visited Puzzlewood to take some photographs. The light was amazing - it had just finished raining and the sun came out. Lots more on flickr.
Posted by RichWe’ve recently returned from a holiday in Reykjavík. It was fantastic; a wonderful city. We went on tours around the Golden Circle and to the Blue Lagoon, and made the most of the local geothermal baths as well - there is something absolutely wonderful, and unreal, about sitting in an outdoor pool of water that has been heated by the earth to a cosy 40 degrees Centigrade whilst the air temperature is around 2 degrees. Reykjavík’s legendary nightlife also lived up to it’s reputation!
Here are some photos.

I visited The Coldstones Cut last week to help install a concrete dome in the middle of the structure. I took a few photos of the quarry, the structure and the steel armature I made that the dome was to be formed around.
Posted by RichTomorrow I go to Liverpool to install Collusion with Brychan Tudor. I may post some in progress images here. We will be quite busy though.
