Period of professional development supported by a grant awarded from Arts Council England.
Various locations: 20 June 2013 - 31 March 2014.
I produced three projects - in Newtown, Wembley and Birmingham - using different forms of public engagement in their development and creation. I also undertook mentoring from three arts professionals to help guide and develop my professional practice. The progress and outcomes of the various projects and fields of enquiry were documented on this blog.

Wembley Vision
I’m visiting Trevor Pitt at A3 Project Space this Week, and beginning my mentoring next week.
Trevor will be helping me to develop a public engagement project for ‘You Are Here’, taking place at A3 Project Space in Birmingham. More news on this to follow.
I’ll be having the first of four mentoring sessions with Rosalind Davis, and spending an afternoon with Steve Messam. Rosalind will be helping me with the business side of things - making applications, networking, publicising etc… and Steve is going to be sharing the secrets of self-initiating large-scale public works.
I’m looking forward to it.
